Step 0: Internal Preparation
Before getting started, Notion was the channel leveraged for the studio's internal organization and records.

Step 1:  Brand Exercises
In collaboration with the client, we engaged in dynamic brand-building exercises, including crafting elevator pitches and exploring personality levers, all within an interactive FigJam board. This collaborative process was designed to establish a shared foundation for our brand ideation efforts, ensuring that both our team and the client were aligned in our vision and approach.
Step 2: Research + Design
After laying common ground with the client, our studio team embarked on comprehensive competitor research, laying the groundwork for our project. As a designer within the team, I collaborated closely with three other designers, brainstorming innovative stories and features that would distinguish our work. In tandem, our developers engaged in their own brainstorming sessions, as detailed in the documentation provided above.
Following these brainstorming efforts, we proceeded to mood boarding, where we synthesized insights from both client meetings and our weekly internal discussions. This creative process was instrumental in shaping the visual and conceptual direction of our project.
The next step involved researching and designing the workflows of the sales website. We meticulously developed site maps, outlining the user journey and establishing the foundational logic. This phase concluded with the creation of low-fidelity wireframes, setting a clear path for the development of the website's user interface and overall experience.

Client Feedback Loop
The team prioritized maintaining effective communication and ensuring client satisfaction by actively sharing our FigJam workspace with clients. This approach allows us to continuously exchange ideas, thoughts, and suggestions, fostering an open and constructive feedback loop that drives project effectiveness and aligns closely with our client's expectations.
